Mashed potatoes with turkey gravy

This was my first attempt at trying out new meals for the JMT. I found turkey breasts at the grocery store and decided it would be a good item to start with. I first cooked it in some chicken stock, and then put in my kitchen aid mixer to shred (thanks to my sister for teaching me that trick!).

To recook it, I boiled some water in my jet boil. Then, I added the turkey and gravy. I let it sit for a bit and rehydrate. Since I was at home, I then boiled some water on the stove for the instant potatoes. Pour the gravy/turkey mixture on top and dig in!
